Is it worth upgrading now Windows 11 ?

When Home Windows 10 was released in 2015, Microsoft stated that it would be the final main release with a different model number, because Windows Windows would evolve into a service with an increase in regular incradation. In 2021, Microsoft’s goal for Windows and its ecosystem had shifted significantly. Home Windows 11 was announced in June 2021, and now the formal launch has arrived. Let’s see everything offered by Windows 11.

We enjoy Windows 11 for various reasons.

Re-paint is very much needed. While appearance is not everything, they contribute significantly to the feeling that Windows 11 is a significant release. Microsoft’s new operating system provides a new look that is more colorful, cleaner, and easier to operate, while staying quite familiar to Windows 10 veterans to jump indiscriminately.

The most visible change is a broad-redesigned taskbar, which now occupies the center of the screen and displays a much simpler and beautiful design that reminds on Mac and Chromebook. However, while the taskbar appearance has been improved, the function is largely unchanged.

Tapping the Windows key gives rise to a set out redesigned menu, which displays a large application icon and even makes application recommendations based on what you just downloaded. We are not fully sure why the taskbar contains an initial icon and search, because both perform very similar to finding applications and files that have just used. However, the small redundancy, the main appearance of Windows 11 and felt only cleaner and more fun to use. However, what really makes Windows 11 visual treats is an amazing new theme. This software is equipped with a specified six themes that offer a variety of bright colors, beautiful background artwork, and light and dark settings to customize your PC.

We really like the theme of light, which bathes our screen in dark purple hue when dark mode is activated, although Blues Blue Blossoming Windows 11 default is also quite interesting. If you are not a default theme fan, you can still modify anything from your desktop background to your accent color – and even combine bright and dark modes for various programs. There is a slight visual increase that we like too, like the fact that the default folder for music, videos, and images is not all monotonous benefit icons. Combine with small touches such as Apple inspired control panels to modify fast and Bluetooth settings, and you have a not exactly display of redefining Windows, but of course it makes it more enjoyable aesthetic.

Who has the right to receive Windows 11?

To be honest, a list of compatible PCs is a little shorter than I expected. 64-bit processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, UEFI Secure Boot, and TPM (trusted platform module) 2.0 is required as a minimum requirement. The latter can be problematic for some users, especially on cheaper laptops. If your CPU is older than the seventh generation Intel Core series (we are currently up to the 11th generation), you might be in trouble. To check, download and run the Microsoft PC Health Check application. There is a solution available to install Windows 11, but use it on your own danger.

Windows 11 reviews: Is this worth it?

The strict Microsoft hardware requirements have reduced the number of devices that officially run the current version of Windows. While the majority of new laptops will support Windows 11, you must be less fortunate if you build your own desktop PC or still use something more than four years. With that, there is no reason not to update if your device supports Windows 11.

Although this is not a significant upgrade through Windows 10 in terms of functionality, it does provide new appearances and nuances. Microsoft has placed a higher premium on the user experience and made a few small tweaks here and there. Multitasking in Windows has been significantly easier as a result of a new auxiliary group and snap. However, Microsoft has not implemented some of the main features mentioned during the launch event, including support for the original Android application through Amazon Appstore. Microsoft has also removed fundamental features such as the ability to attract and decrease files into the program embedded by the taskbar. In addition, Windows 10 visa-vigiges and even previous versions can be detected.

In general, if you are familiar with Windows 10, this new upgrade should not include anything odd or unexpected. As before I declare, this upgrade is more about design rather than functionality. If you are on a fence about Windows 11, I would recommend waiting, because you won’t miss much. After Windows 11 is installed, you can return to Windows 10 by heading to the Start menu> Settings> Windows Update> Advanced Options> Recovery and select ‘back’ option. Remember that this will only be available for ten days after the increase, because Windows will then destroy all rollback files to save space.

Pros:

  • A new and beautiful user interface
  • Snap Layouts and Snap Groups are quite convenient.

Cons:

  • There is currently no support for native Android applications.
  • Certain common keyboard shortcuts and customising options are no longer functional.
  • Modern hardware is required.
