Pakistan prepares to play spoiler in India-Afghan ties again
Caught unconsciously by India sending official delegates to Kabul because of the start of bilateral relations with the ruling Taliban, Pakistan has decided to play spoilsport by directing his diplomatic mission abroad to show alleged contradictions between India and Islamic Emirates.
